Exercising when you feel down

When you feel sad or depressed, perhaps training is the best idea to make you feel mentally or physically better about yourself. Do your absolute best to notice if your energy picks up after an exercise routine. Physical activity can help with taking your mind off of any issues that may be bothering you. Set small attainable goals than try more challenging goals such as working out longer or at a harder level.

Stay motivated & keep moving when you feel tired and low energy. Always stick to a healthy lifestyle even when you are not in the mood to do so.  Maintaining good eating habits & physical activity is the way to go. Stay as consistent as possible. Enjoy your winter & do your best not to give up on yourself! You are worth it!! Put yourself first!! Happy, Happy Holidays!!!
