Vegan Spicy Sesame “Chicken”, Green Beans with Herbs and Tailgate Slaw

This prepared food which I purchased from Whole Foods today is, vegan spicy sesame chicken, green beans with herbs and tailgate slaw.  I am thrilled to have my first bite!  My purchased meal offers many components featuring this healthy and quality platter that is delicious. Thanks for the opportunity to share some insight! I would select this wholesome meal for a busy, on the go type of day. I personally would like this prepared meal before going to the gym, sometime in the afternoon so I can munch on the bite sized chicken before and after the work-out.

I like the vegan spicy sesame “chicken” because it has an unusual taste to it. I dislike that the tailgate slaw because it is loaded with mayonnaise and high in calories. You can not go wrong with choosing green beans with herb side dish. It offers the least  amount of calories with this complete dish. This three course meal has a mildly chilled taste to it. Let me share the ingredients with you.

Vegan spicy sesame chicken’s recipe is as follows: soy nuggets, GMO soybean protein, water, soybean oil, sea salt, vegetarian seasonings, soybean amino acids, dry mushroom powder, vegetable extract. Special dressing includes, shoyu, sherry wine, mirin, brown rice syrup, sesame, water,  seasoned oil chili paste with garlic, corn starch which contains salt and wheat.

Green beans with herbs ingredients include: green beans, extra virgin olive oil, fresh thyme, parsley, basil, salt and black pepper.  I decided to add balsamic vinegar to the green beans to give it a little more taste, because I thought it needed more flavor. I like that this vegetable is very fresh and completely appetizing!

Tailgate slaw includes many tasty ingredients: green cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, canola oil, egg yolks, water, honey, vinegar, whole eggs, salt, spice, lemon juice, tocopherols (vitamin E) unbleached cane sugar, vinegar, salt and black pepper.

Please take into consideration that you can add more salt, pepper, oil, lemon juice, vinegar or even heat any of this food, however you desire it to be cooked and flavored. It does not have to be served slightly cold as served by Whole Foods Market. Also, these foods can be purchased separately and prepared with the various ingredients provided above. I am providing many options to all my clique members. So much opportunity and room to be creative with this entree. Enjoy your meal!

Cheers,

Gina
