Chicken with Feta Cheese & Tomatoes


5 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast Halves

1 1/2 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes

2 1/2 Tablespoons of Oil & Vinegar

15 Olives

1 Cup of Feta Cheese

Sprinkle the top of the Chicken with Salt & Pepper


Prepare oven for medium heat. Combine Tomatoes & Olives on Chicken. Sprinkle dressing on the chicken. Next, apply Feta Cheese on Chicken.

This entrée is Super & Delicious! Generally, I would pick 6 ounces per each chicken so each person could eat a healthy portion. This meal is quick & simple to make. Also, this meal is perfect for your family. I would include two vegetable sides to this Chicken with Feta Cheese & Tomato Dish!! Be creative with adding spices & seasonings to this chicken- as well!
