How to Maintain your Workout Progress

Are you maintaining progress & getting anywhere with your training sessions?  Staying committed & being determined to staying fit is key to being repetitious day after day with your exercise routines.  Increasing your resistance could be more of a challenge to you so your muscles can get stronger.  Always lift a variety of weights as you become more healthier over a long period of time.

Be certain to take notice of the difficulty of exercises during the full course of your training sessions.  Keep in mind that using Cardio Machines & Free Weights should be increased gradually.  Weight Cliquers- It is okay to experience good days and bad days.  Stay on track during your workout sessions as you will realize that it is valuable time to make you feel good about your body & your health!!
