If you find yourself struggling mentally to get through your vigorous training session, there are many ways which can help you finish strong. It is very important to take your workout one mile at a time. Do your best to stay focused and as strong as you can until you hit the next mile. When your legs and posture gets sluggish, try switching your attention on your arms to carry you to the end of your session.
If you are properly fueled and hydrated always know to pace yourself as best as you can. Knowing how challenging a workout can be, always be certain to know that you have the determination to push yourself further.
