Why Running is a Great Experience

Running can be so much fun and make you feel very empowered. Setting small goals and achieving them can make you have confidence not only during training, but in your personal life. When I feel overwhelmed and down, my life becomes more manageable after a long run. When I run outdoors I feel the beautiful air on my skin and my body feels so good afterwards. Having a long run is great to disconnect from, texts, work and friends. It is a time where I can put my energy into myself. Running allows my fears and worries to disappear and put all problems into perspective. Weight Cliquers- think positive and remember that training is everything! Challenge your limits!
